Order cancellation with full refund is available only in the first 24 hours of placing the order, after 24 hours, a deduction of 3.5% of the total amount will be deducted and the rest of the refund will be generated within 7 business days with the same payment method you used.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided that the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. i.e., manufacturing defects, wrong items received.

Our Return and Refund Policy will be as follows:
The order can be cancelled until it is ready for delivery. You will see an option to cancel within the ‘My Orders’ section in the main menu of your app/website/mobile site and then select the item or order you wish to cancel.
In case of replacement, there will be no options for a full refund, only 45% of the total amount will be refunded in such a scenario.
In the event that you are unable to cancel the order from the ‘My Orders’ section, you may decline it at the time of delivery and a refund will be processed to the originating account, if the order amount was paid online. An item cannot be cancelled after the delivery of the merchandise(s). After placing the order for the good(s), and until the time of delivery, the customer can cancel the order online.
(a) When submitting a return or cancellation request for the Products on the Furnitures House Platform, you may request a refund for the Product. Such reimbursement will be made to you only if we have received payment for the Product.
(b) We inform you that when you choose to cancel or return the Products, after our verification and evaluation of the Products and the documents related to them, the amount of the refund of those Products that are eligible for return under the terms of this Policy, will be processed within 20 business days from the date we verify the defect or non-conformity in the Product. Your refund will be processed only when the conditions stipulated by us are met, such as the Product being returned in its original condition, along with the price tag intact, including the original product packaging, the Product’s branded outer packaging, and all accessories in it. For the sake of clarity, it is clarified that we will not make any refund with respect to a Product that is determined to be ineligible for a refund based on our verification and evaluation. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method chosen by you. You acknowledge that after the start of the refund, it may take longer for your refund to reflect in your account, which is subject to the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider.
(c) We do not make any cash refunds. The amount will be refunded to you within 20 business days, depending on the payment method you have chosen. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take longer to process the refund request. However, if the refund is not made by the due date, you can contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
(d) The refund that will be made to the User will not include any amount paid for shipping costs or any other charge applicable at any time. However, in the event that a Product has been delivered with a defect or damage (for reasons attributable to us and accepted by us after due verification in our sole discretion) we may reimburse you for the shipping costs. A refund will be provided to you if you have received a non-returnable Product in a damaged or defective condition subject to verification and examination of the Product for damage or defect by us.
(e) We reserve the right to refuse a refund request for a Product if it does not meet the qualifying conditions specified in this Policy in our assessment of your return. In such cases, we may notify you and return the returned Product to you without initiating a refund.
